The journey that lit the flame…

Like many magical souls, I started out on the traditional path: I climbed corporate ladders, earned the degree, achieved hand fulls of certifications, checked the boxes, lived by the rules, and sought worthiness in other people’s opinions and the amount of my productivity.

But somewhere along the way, I felt the burnout settle deep. In fact, I’ve cycled through burnout more than once. I overworked myself, over committed myself and all the while completely disconnected from my inner truth. My body was tired, my spirit restless, and my soul whispered… there’s more.

And so began the sacred unraveling. A descent into truth. A remembering.

My awakening wasn't done in one sweep—it came in layers. An unfolding with time. It was as if I pulled on one thread, then the next thread, and then the next. Soon I found my life transforming. The path evolving. This was my truth, and there was no going back.

I turned toward deep self-care practices, energy work, and the ancient wisdom that echoed through my cells all along. Through that profound shift, I remembered what I came here to do. I aligned my life and my business with my truth.
